A popular ramen restaurant in Easton’s public market has expanded with the soft opening of a second location in Bethlehem.

Mister Lee’s Noodles is open for takeout at its new eatery on East 3rd Street on Friday and Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m., its Facebook page says.

Known for its huge range of Asian-style hot and cold ramen noodles, dumplings, steamed buns, salads and more, Mister Lee’s is renowned for its farm-to-table freshness and authenticity.

“So HERE WE GO!” Reads a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page. “We are doing a very soft opening of take out only….We are super excited to start feeding you Bethlehem.”

Stay tuned for the restaurant’s official grand opening date, as Mister Lee’s doesn’t yet have indoor dining and is still in the process of hiring and training staff.
